Celebrate a Woman of Faith!
You are invited to participate in the celebration honoring Jane
Parker Huber, whose life and ministry bless us with music and
leadership. She will be recognized at the Women of Faith Breakfast,
which will be held at the 213th General Assembly in Columbus,
Ohio, on June 16.
We invite you to participate by
--sending a card or letter to Jane in care of Lisa J. Houston, 100 Witherspoon St., Louisville, KY 40202-1396 by June 5
--giving a gift in Jane's honor to the "Widening the Circle" fund. This fund ensures a legacy of programs, Bible study and mission that have been enjoyed by Presbyterian Women for granddaughters, daughters, nieces and younger women. Checks should be made payable to Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation and should have "for addition to the 'Widening the Circle' fund" in the memo line. Mail these contributions to Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation, 200 East 12th St., Jeffersonville, IN 47130.

Correction
We apologize for a misprint in Mosaic of the March/April 2002
issue of Horizons. In a look at response to Amendment 01-A, we
misquoted Jack Marcum as discussing commissioners to the 2002
General Assembly. His comment was that the outcome depends largely
on the commissioners to each of the presbytery meetings that
have been voting. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors
may have caused.
In the Bible study resource in the January/February 2002 issue
of Horizons, we provided a recipe for hamantaschen. In the list
of ingredients, the amount of vanilla to be used was not included.
The full list of ingredients for the pastry is
1 cup cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup lightly salted butter at room temperature
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 Tsp vanilla (not imitation)
