How Your ECO Dollars Help Mission in Ghana

by Doug Welch

The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is in partnership with two churches in Ghana-Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) and Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana (EPC). While headquartered in different cities, Accra and Ho, respectively, congregations from each of these partners are found across Ghana.

Both the EPC and the PCG depend on the donations of their members to support the administration of their churches. Salary costs, transportation needs, utilities and similar expenses are all nonglamorous needs that the members are not able to support adequately. Undesignated contributions to each church's ECO account can be used by the EPC and the PCG according to their present needs.
