Something you inherited when you were baptized? A byproduct of faith? Is salvation only through Jesus? Does it extend to all of creation? Is it predetermined? Or do you choose to be saved? How often do we as Presbyterians engage such questions about salvation? We might be more used to hearing the term from those who espouse evangelical Christianity. Yet, salvation is central to our lives as Christians. It is fundamental to our understanding of the gospel of Christ.
